Signature Flexible Packaging’s flexible packaging features our photographic-quality flexographic printing up to 8 colors and gravure printing available up to 12 colors.

Surface Printed Rollstock
Signature Flexible Packaging’s customers wrap anassortment of baked goods, candy and frozen confections with our attractively surface printed rollstock. We typically recommend oriented polypropylene (OPP) for superiorfunction and value.

Printed Laminated Rollstock
Signature Flexible Packaging delivers an optimum combination of materials to create the perfect package. Our printed laminated rollstock provides functionality, barrier, strength and aesthetics.

Commonly used substrates include oriented polypropylene (OPP), polyester (PET), biaxially-oriented nylon (BON), metallized films (OPP, PET and BON), and foil laminated to various films such as OPP, high-clarity cast polypropylene or custom blended polyethylene as sealant layers.

Signature Flexible Packaging‘s printed laminated rollstock is designed to function for a myriad of applications such as vertical form, fill and seal packaging machines (VF&F), horizontal form, fill and seal packaging machines (HF&F) and horizontal pouch making machines.

Stand Up Pouches
We offer stand up pouches in the same variety of materials available in our laminated rollstock. Options include zippers, Doyn-style bottoms, spouts, handles and flat/ 3-side-sealed pouches.

Pre-made Bags
Some of our customers prefer not to invest in automated form, fill and seal (FF&S) packaging machinery. For these clients, we offer pre-made bags made from the same flexible plastics we supply to FF&F machines. Signature Flexible Packaging‘s pre-made bags feature fin or lap back seals, plus crimp or fold-over bottom seals.

Die-Cut Folding Cartons
We specialize in die-cut full-color litho printed folding cartons manufactured in Asia. Carton materials include SBS board, clay coated news, chipboard and more. Super glossy finishes available for cosmetics and confectionery boxes.

INNO-LOK Pre-Zippered Film
INNO-LOCK resealable zippers provide resealable packaging on vertical form, fill and seal (VF&F) packaging machinery without any modification to your packaging equipment. We install the INNO-LOCK zipper directly onto your rollstock.
